Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of Nintex K2 developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of K2 solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and ensure successful implementation of K2 solutions.
- Ensure the team adheres to best practices and standards in K2 development and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the K2 platform.
- Extending the platform if needed by creating custom broker, custom endpoint assembly wherever needed
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide status updates, and manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
- Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with Nintex K2.
- Extensive experience working with the Nintex K2 platform, including design, development, and deployment.
- Experience in extending the platform using .net
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Fluent in Arabic, with strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with workflow automation, business process management, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in Nintex K2 are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to manage client relationships and expectations.
- Knowledge of other process automation tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
