NFM Tech Sr. Specialist

Handle the field operation and maintenance activities across the assigned Canal Sub-regions, handle & monitor the L1 vendor performance in daily Pm & CM activities  
 
•    Responsible for all preventative and resilience activities across assigned Canal Sub-Regions
•    Accountable and responsible to monitor the operation spare parts for different telecom and Power systems batteries hardware 
•    Manages field operations different streams across Canal governorates, control TT actions critical and non-critical and ensure the fulfilment of the MTTR KPIs. 
•    Manages and operate the environmental solutions across Canal governorates including Free cooling & DC air conditions.
•    Responsible for the alignment of Canal fuel plans and distribution with power service team.
•    Full alignment with the health and safety rules and regulations across all field actions.

• Ensure network availability KPIs achieved with minimum incident failure.
• Manage Network service and non-service trouble tickets KPIs
• Ensure the optimum utilization for the network energy components.
• Full alignment with health and safety rules and regulations across all field actions.

• BSc telecom engineering degree, 
• Minimum of 4 years of telecom industry experience, operation and maintenance technical knowledge is required. 
• Excellent Relationship/ account management strong communication, leadership skills 
• Ability to deliver challenging targets in a dynamic market environment. Full understanding of customer demands/needs and flexibility to exceed customers’ expectations.  

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
