Job Summary:

• Demonstrate strong technical expertise in IP, WAN, LAN, and VPN connectivity.
  
• Possess substantial working experience with Cisco technologies.
  
• Provide second-level support for all network-related user issues.
  

Job Description:

• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and all network nodes at all our sites “HQ, Remote Sites”.
  
• Ensure network designs meet Cisco Network Design standards for Core/Distribution/Access layers with full redundancy.
  
• Configure and support Palo Alto Firewalls, including traffic logging, shaping, and control.
  
• Advantageous to have experience with VOIP and other voice technologies, preferably 3CX.
  
• Monitor network performance and integrity, implementing necessary adjustments through PRTG monitoring system.
  
• Manage and configure Aruba Wireless AP505 and wireless controller appliances.
  
• Manage network Quality of Service (QoS) including traffic shaping and policy implementation.
  
• Address all network-related tickets and issues promptly.
  
• Design and implement LAN and WAN data networks.
  
• Establish and maintain Site-to-Site VPNs (GRE, IPSEC).
  
• Configure and support SSL VPN solutions.
  
• Conduct technical training sessions for the team and users as required.
  
• Create necessary reports, documentation, and manuals.
  
• Administer network components in accordance with corporate strategies.
  
• Cooperate with system and cybersecurity teams to achieve cross-project outcomes.
  
• Perform regular network assessments and audits to ensure optimal performance and security.
  
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  
• Ensure the proper functioning of network management tools and software.
  

• CCNA certification is mandatory.
  
• CCNP certification is advantageous.
  
• PCNSA, NSE4-5 or any firewall certificate.
  
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on of Cisco technologies.
  
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  
• Excellent communication skills and team work.
