Purpose of the Job
To manage and support network security technology TOOLS, to meet organizational needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining and troubleshooting second layer of support to these tools
- Troubleshoot raised issues from operation team
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure availability requirements are met
- Work with vendors to solve the raised problems from operation team.
- Provide level 2 network support, to all network related incidents
- Ensure service level agreement SLA is met during incidents handling.
Job Specification
Education
1. Bachelors degree in engineering or computer science from a recognized university
Experience
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in administrating information security controls
- Proven experience working with F5 WAF and LTM.
- Proven experience working with Forcepoint, Palo Alto, and Cisco FTD Firewalls.
- Proven experience working with Infoblox DDI
Skills and abilities
1. Very good English both spoken and written.
2. Strong Customer Orientation.
3. Strong communication, listening & interpersonal skills.
4. Flexibility & ability to work in a team.
5. Self-confident with professional behavior & attitude.
6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
