Network Administrator in our plant in Fayoum.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues for users. Assist in the installation and configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points. Monitor LAN, WAN, and internet connections to ensure stability. Help maintain network documentation and inventory of IT assets. Work with IT teams to support VoIP, access points and access control systems. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and upgrades.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in IT support or Network Administrator role Experience in network troubleshooting and technical support. Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs. Familiarity with network cabling, patch panels, and structured wiring. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
