Your Role The Key account Pharma & Healthcare is responsible to develop new as well as maintain existing business. This position will evaluate the country market regarding the potential pharma customers and opportunities with substantial requirement for Air Logistics, Sea Logistics and Road Logistics, to focus predominantly on target account with potential business in the respective business field. Consultative sales approach / cross selling, offering complete Kuehne+Nagel Suite of products and services. Your Responsibilities • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key Healthcare customers.
• Leading strategic and operational planning to improve customer results.
• Track and trace market intelligence from customers.
• Negotiating contracts with customers
• Plan and present on account progress goals and initiatives.
• Interaction with operations units.
Your Skills and Experiences • Healthcare background (Logistics or Healthcare industry)
• +5 years of experience in the same role.
• Familiar with GDP/GXP, ISO, WHO TSR, and EDA (Egyptian Drug Administration) regulations.
• Familiar with warehousing/storage requirements
• Good Communication skills
• Ability to deal with complex customer solutions.
