Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!
·Animate functionally the Design Team through visual SIM process: follow and animate performance indicator.
·Manage the Load/capacity of the department.
·Ensure technical quality and service level respect of design (drawings, BOM, documents for Production).
·Ensure that rules for enrichment and utilization of re-use systems are continuously applied.
·Review the available technical documentation of high complex project order and clarify with tender manager any open question regarding technical specification.
·Animate the continuous improvement of the design activity in term of technical knowledge, efficiency, and processes.
·Define technical solution: create electrical diagram and BOM list according with customer specifications (at minimal cost) for high complexity project.
·Control the technical solution realized by designers to ensure a solution at minimal cost and in line with contractual requirements.
·Participate in feasibility studies (Committee of Feasibility) and act on helping critical projects or projects with major problems.
·Work on non-regular projects, development actions of design activity.
·As expert of design field, train the designers.
·According to his experience, can act as coordinator of designers involved in the complex projects.
·According to his experience work on high complex projects (electrical diagram, BOM) in respecting project targets (delivery date, quality, efficiency)
·As expert in design field, lead the preparation of high complex technical solutions during tender and execution phase.
About You
·Bachelor’s degree of Electrical Engineering.
·8-10 Relevant years of experience is required.
·Excellent command of English
·Professional user of Microsoft Office
·Team player
·Learning & Researching
·Adapting and responding to change.
·PMP are a plus
