Role Summary
+ We seek a Multidisciplinary Designer with an architectural background who is driven by the convergence of architecture, design, communication, and knowledge. This role embodies a method (architecture and design), an objective (communication), and a medium (vision).
+ The architect will interpret, organize, and visually convey messages, balancing form and style with substance. Beyond aesthetics, the role requires expertise in planning, structuring, producing, and evaluating effective communication.
Architecture Designer Skills
+ Able to creatively develop designs for buildings and other structures.
+ Able to visualize what structures will look like once they are complete.
+ Possess Knowledgeable of the applicable building codes.
+ Able to identify problems, evaluate possible solutions, and be able to identify an optimal solution.
+ Able to present design concepts and articulate ideas on how design can be improved.
+ Practice a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
+ Posses excellent organizational and time-management skills, with ability to juggle multiple projects.
+ Able to listen well and accept constructive input from team members and managers.
+ Able to handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications
+ Minimum Bachelor of Architecture Degree, Bachelor of Science in Architecture, with 1-2 years of experience.
+ The ideal candidate has a strong creative design portfolio, and should be a self-motivated, team player.
+ English: Strong verbal and written communication.
Responsibilities
+
Conceptualization and Design Development :
+ Create strong, presentable summaries for project proposals that drive revenue for the firm.
+ Creatively present project data through visuals, 3D illustrations, diagrams, and organized layouts.
+ Work with a team on the end-to-end design process, integrating skills from architecture, graphic design, and visual design.
+ Develop and justify cohesive design solutions, providing strategic and innovative visuals that are content-driven and aligned with project goals.
+ Undertake design work across various disciplines, including architecture, interior, UX/UI, and others as needed.

Visual Communication
+ Design and create visual assets for both digital and physical formats, including websites, brochures, presentations, and case studies.
+ Ensure clarity and cohesiveness in visual storytelling, with an emphasis on value engineering and innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
+
Design Innovation
+ Tackle complex design challenges with practical and imaginative solutions.
+ Drive creative innovation, encouraging the team to explore new ideas, technologies, and materials, while integrating these seamlessly into ongoing projects.

Research and Strategy
+ Conduct in-depth research on design trends, materials, user experience, and strategic applications to inform design direction.
+ Utilize research findings to shape content and design strategies, enhancing project relevance and impact.

Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration
+ Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to design.
+ Facilitate cross-functional communication, aligning design strategies with broader project objectives.
+ Abide by design project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
+ Proactively identify and report on potential project challenges to maintain smooth progression.
+ Contribute to team growth by developing learning resources, offering constructive feedback, and encouraging professional development.
Additional Responsibilities
+ Support office design and improvement projects, covering architectural and interior renovations, layout adjustments, greenery integration, artwork, and way-finding elements.
+ Ensure that office spaces remain functional, aesthetically aligned with company standards, and adaptable to evolving organizational needs.
