II. Job Responsibilities
User Acquisition: Attract users on various entertainment or social platforms through various ways and guide them to download the company's APP, with the goal of achieving new user growth.
Proactive User Expansion: Proactively chat with users on various platforms, attract their attention, and convert them into users of the company's APP.
Account Operation Support: Assist in the daily operation of various accounts, and cooperate with the team in account data statistics and analysis to improve the effectiveness of user acquisition and new user growth efficiency.

III. Qualification Requirements
Language Skills: Have fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and be able to communicate smoothly with overseas users. (Initial employees must be proficient in English.)
Personality Traits: Be outgoing, open - minded, and have a high tolerance for different ideas/culture. Be fond of socializing and playing entertainment apps in daily life.
Experience Requirements: Have relevant work experience in customer service or as a moderator, be familiar with the customer service work process and user communication skills. Have installed and deeply used entertainment products (such as live - streaming, social networking apps) on mobile phones, understand their product ecosystems and user preferences, so as to better attract the target user group.
Educational Background: A university degree (graduation status is not limited).
