SWATX is Hiring: Mobile Team LeaderLocation: New Cairo OfficeExperience: 5–10 yearsResponsibilities: Participate in design and coding activities with team members. Develop features as per specifications. Estimate development tasks and commit to deadlines. Qualifications: Education:B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with an IT focus. Experience:5–10 years in mobile app development and team leadership. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies. Experience in developing multiple mobile applications in any programming language. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Knowledge of Xamarin and/or MAUI (preferred). Soft Skills: Critical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication in both Arabic and English. Good interpersonal and research skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Adaptability to changing business needs and environments. Proficiency in analyzing information and providing recommendations. Capacity to understand tasks communicated verbally or in writing.
