Eva Pharma is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic
Metabolic Health Marketing Head to lead the marketing efforts for one of Eva Pharma’s most significant strategic partnership products, Mounjaro, within the metabolic health segment. This role will be instrumental in driving brand strategy, product positioning, and market penetration for Mounjaro, with a particular focus on diabetes and obesity therapies. As a key member of our leadership team, reporting to Egypt cluster Head. you will be responsible for ensuring the successful market positioning, growth, and long-term success of the product. Prioritize Patients: Lead patient-first strategies to improve access to innovative treatments like Munjaro for obesity and diabetes, enhancing health outcomes in Egypt.
Unlock Business Growth: Capture new opportunities in the obesity and diabetes sectors, expanding market share through strategic marketing initiatives and partnerships.
Optimize and Expand: Streamline processes and identify growth opportunities to strengthen Munjaro’s presence and Eva Pharma’s leadership in metabolic health.
Empower Teams: Lead high-performing teams focused on obesity and diabetes, ensuring alignment with Eva Pharma’s core values and mission.

Qualifications
15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a focus on metabolic health (obesity, diabetes) in Egypt. Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and market leadership. Expertise in market analysis, brand positioning, and launch strategies for first-to-market products. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire marketing teams to achieve commercial and strategic objectives. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Marketing, or a related field
