NAOS CX is seeking a Bilingual Team Leader with a Medical Background to join our team. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of bilingual professionals, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of bilingual professionals
Utilize your medical background to provide guidance and support
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes

Fluency in English and Arabic to effectively communicate with a diverse team
Bachelor's degree in a medical field, such as pharmaceutical sciences, medicine, veterinary, or a related study
Previous Call center Experience
Proven experience in a leadership role within a pharmaceutical or medical field.
Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team towards achieving common goals
Strong understanding of medical terminology and processes
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
