Medical Product Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's medical products, including their features, benefits, and clinical applications.
• Serve as the primary product expert to answer technical and clinical questions from healthcare providers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on the proper usage, handling, and benefits of medical products.
• Provide ongoing support to customers, ensuring proper product implementation and troubleshooting any issues.
• Collaborate on developing strategies for product launches, market penetration, and customer retention.
• Maintain accurate records of product training sessions, customer feedback, and sales support activities.
• Provide reports to senior management on product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Resolve any product-related issues or concerns to enhance customer loyalty and trust.
