NAOS Solutions is seeking a dedicated Medical Call Center Agent to join our Contact Center department. As a Medical Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support for a leading pharmaceutical company
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to medical inquiries and appointments.
Provide accurate and timely information on pharmaceutical products and services
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Document all interactions and maintain detailed records of calls
Work Location: NAOS Contract Center in Maadi, Cairo
Gross Salary 8,307 EGP
— Basic Gross: 7,307 EGP
— KPI Bonus: 1,000 EGP
Rotational shifts (operation hours: 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM)
— 8 working hours per day
— 2 days off
Graduated from: Pharmacy, Veterinary or Science
Strong customer service orientation and ability to empathize with patients
Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of healthcare processes
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
