-Conduct work release permits and coordination between site activities (Civil and MEP) for every project zone.
-Coordinate with local authorities and municipality for project tie-ins and tie-outs.
-Survey the construction site and provide a detailed report on the project status and issues.
-Capable of revising technical drawings (Tender documents- Shop drawings-Composite drawings) and material submittals.
-Experience in site surveying works and As-built drawings revision for all Mechanical & infrastructure trades.
-Site and project management experience in Mechanical works including (Plumbing- HVAC- Irrigation-Firefighting-Sewage-Water...etc) networks.
