Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of the mechanical maintenance activities providing analytical reporting of results, e.g. maintenance progress report, consumption of materials, specific tools, man hours, including services from external suppliers and focuses on identifying areas for operational improvement, identifying the most suitable suppliers of spare parts and services to meet company standards
Conduct mechanical operational assessment by executing proactive maintenance operations, identifying issues of consideration and proceeds to all the adequate steps and actions when electrical incidents occur.
Identify the operational needs of the area of responsibility in terms of equipment, spare parts, or resources, and communicates them with mechanical manager by assisting in the development of the department’s budget to provide technical insight and support for the development of the investment plan.
