Job Summary:



As a Marketing Senior Manager/ Head of Marketing, you will lead MaxAB's dynamic marketing team, driving innovation, collaboration, and execution across all campaigns. You’ll spearhead the launch of MaxReach, positioning it as a leading advertising solution for suppliers. Your leadership will ensure that our campaigns are effectively designed, funded, and executed to raise awareness of MaxAB’s offerings and generate tangible results for suppliers and retailers.

Responsibilities:



- MaxReach Development & Launch
Lead the strategy, development, and launch of MaxReach, ensuring it delivers measurable value to suppliers. Work closely with product and sales teams to create compelling value propositions for suppliers using MaxReach. Monitor and optimize MaxReach performance, leveraging data to enhance its impact and revenue potential.
2. Campaign Strategy & Execution
Oversee the design and execution of acquisition, sales, and brand campaigns in alignment with MaxAB's business objectives. Collaborate with supplier marketing teams to craft campaigns that resonate with retailers and enhance supplier visibility on the MaxAB platform. Develop KPIs for each campaign, ensuring goals are achieved or exceeded.
3. Stakeholder Management
Build and nurture relationships with supplier marketing teams to identify mutual opportunities and secure funding for campaigns. Act as the primary liaison between MaxAB’s marketing team and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and alignment on campaign objectives.
4. Team Leadership:
Manage and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and accountability. Provide training and mentorship to the team, enhancing their ability to connect with suppliers and deliver impactful campaigns.
5. Brand Development & Awareness
Strengthen MaxAB’s brand presence among retailers and suppliers, positioning it as the go-to B2B platform. Develop innovative BTL strategies to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
6. Performance Measurement & Reporting
Analyze campaign performance data to assess effectiveness and inform future marketing strategies. Prepare and present regular performance reports to MaxAB leadership and suppliers.

Requirements:



Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). 8+ years' of experience in marketing roles, with a strong focus on telecom or FMCG industries. Proven track record of managing and leading marketing teams to achieve ambitious goals. Deep understanding of BTL marketing strategies, including acquisition, sales, and brand campaigns. Strong experience working with external stakeholders, particularly in managing supplier or partner relationships. Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable strategies. Skilled in budgeting, securing campaign funding, and delivering measurable ROI for campaigns.* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
