Role Objectives:
As a Marketing Manager at Breadfast you will be responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability. The required caliber will also be focused on achieving brand business objectives in the short and long term.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Lead the marketing team, oversee all aspects of the brand and seek to ensure its future success.


  • Supervise all activities related to the brand; key source of information within the organization on the brand and on competitive products.


  • Work closely with all internal departments and external suppliers involved in the product or service.


  • Establish and maintain brand budgets


  • Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media and communication tools


  • Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative and public image


  • continuously monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace.


  • Sets, measures and reports performance of all brand marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs


  • Devise innovative growth strategies


  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics


  • Ensures that all brand activities are aligned with the Brand Essence and Vision.


REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:


  • Proven experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management


  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally


  • Experience managing a brand across multiple markets


  • Creative thinker and problem solver


  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as project management skills


  • Strong research and analytical skills


  • In-depth understanding of the company’s current products and future concepts


  • A willingness to listen, lead and have a team over self approach.


  • Budget-management skills and proficiency


  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges


  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
