Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing Plan and GTM strategies to achieve business goals and drive Code81’s growth.
- Manage the marketing budget for Code81, ensuring efficient utilization of funds.
- Conduct market research as needed to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Define and drive go-to-market strategies for the different pillars, solutions, partners, industries and regions.
- Collaborate with different teams, and Leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Design and implement strategic marketing Omni-channel campaigns to drive code81’s growth.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and inform strategic decision-making.
- Drive lead generation initiatives and optimize the marketing/sales funnel to increase conversion rates.
- Marketing Communications: develop and maintain a strong brand identity for Code81, ensuring consistent messaging that resonates with target audiences
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
- Develop Code81 content strategy and materials needed to support brand awareness, lead generation and customer education.
- Write and Design presentations, collaterals and other content and communications materials.
- Drive and oversee Code81 client advocacy programs.
- Set clear performance goals for marketing and provide regular feedback.
- Channel Marketing: Work with Code81’s partners on joint GTM plans and Activities.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or a Relevant Field.
- Ideally 10 years of B2B marketing experience in the IT space across the region
- Able to start as an individual contributor and scale the marketing operations and team as needed based on the business growth.
- Arabic Speaker is a must
- Skilled with Microsoft office suite and highly experienced in excel, and power point.
- Graphic Design skills is highly desired and a very strong advantage (Canva or Adobe Suite)
- Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of digital marketing, driving improvements in customer acquisition, retention and customer experience.
- Dealt with marketing and PR agencies in the region and globally
- Proven leadership and team building abilities
- Having a data-driven mindset, delivering results with a bias for action and sense of urgency, operating successfully with an agile mindset, striving for continuous self-improvement, creating and simplifying, and visionary strategic thinking, taking ownership.
