Cardoo is now looking for a Marketing Executive with the following responsibilities & requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead execution of digital/offline marketing strategies to support business growth
Develop customer journeys based on the designed strategy
Track progress of programs and campaigns, monitor key marketing metrics, evaluate processes and report results to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of programs, campaigns and tools
Oversee and manage all on-ground activities related to marketing campaigns and initiatives, including: coordinating and executing various marketing activities, such as events, promotions, and product launches, and ensuring their successful implementation.
Negotiate with the suppliers on the best prices for the marketing promotion materials, responsible for stock management and budget tracking
Oversee the integration and utilization of marketing technologies
Offline Campaigns Execution & Optimization
Monitor campaigns performance, analyze data, and provide insights to improve ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals
Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are executed within financial
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
1 - 3 years relevant work experience in marketing operations, event management, or communication roles.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics is essential. Familiarity with market research, consumer behavior, and digital marketing is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in executing marketing activities, proofreading content, and ensuring brand consistency is essential.
Growth mindset - someone who is not afraid to think big and take on risks. Experience in a hyper-growth environment + a globally distributed team is a plus.
