NOK Human Capital is hiring "Marketing Communication Manager" for one of the most well known Engineering & Manufacturing industries in Egypt.
JOB PURPOSE:
Developing all marketing and communications strategies across corporate, brand & product levels. Oversees the
development & execution of all Marcom plan/calendar to ensure best in class experiences at all marketing touchpoints.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with the Marketing Director to define Marketing Communication Strategy.
• Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction
• Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction
• Implementing online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, etc.
• Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course corrections as required
• Develop Marketing Communication budget for campaign activities, delivering commitment to those budgets, and leading the team to control expenditure, and maximize value/scale for the market.
• Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets
• Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand
• Leading the planning and implementation of international and local events and exhibitions
• lead the team in management of Commercial Launch activities, ensuring the needs to the consumer are represented.
• Work with the local agencies to develop marketing support for key launches.
• Drive media planning and execution in support of key brand, consumer and business objectives
• Ensure KPI tracking on key initiatives, evaluate ROI, and suggest improvement
• Selects and manages communications with external agencies.
• Ensure that marketing agencies (creative, digital, PR, media) support our mission to deliver simply outstanding consumer experiences
• Effectively manage the creation and production of branded assets for the market; sales literature, brochures, promotional assets & in-store in line printed material with agreed budgets and guidelines.
EXPERIENCE:
• 7 - 12 years of professional Marketing experience across all touchpoints
• Experience in manufacturing or the same industry.
• Excellent English level.
