WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Key contact for Unilever Manufacturing System (UMS) on site, including introduction of key initiatives that drive performance improvement
Roll out Unilever Manufacturing System (UMS) program at the factory, practical application of the program to achieve plant process improvement.
Coordinate and coach Pillar Leads on Unilever Manufacturing System (UMS) ensuring adherence to standardized methodologies and best practices
Lead the implementation of site improvement programs and investigate and deploy latest continuous improvement tools and digital strategies.
Lead the implementation of factories digital transformation agenda.
Assist in providing and developing data management systems that enable management of plant performance and measurement of improvements
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to define improvement targets, develop action plans, and monitor progress toward operational excellence goals
Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to build capabilities in continuous improvement methodologies across the organization
Manage and analyze performance data, including KPIs, to identify trends, highlight areas of improvement, and drive data-based decision-making
Collaborate with global ManEX network to share best practices, leverage knowledge, and contribute to the development of standardized manufacturing excellence guidelines
Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and problem-solving exercises to address production issues and implement sustainable solutions
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or manufacturing (Lean, UMS, TPM).
4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role
MCG experience is preferred
Previous experience in leading a continuous improvement/change program.
Skills
Strong technical understanding of manufacturing process improvement.
Ability to coach, influence and build strong relationship with Stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in conditions which include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities in tight deadlines.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Able to drive sustainable results in performance improvement
Data analytics and data visualization skills
