• Implement HSE requirements and standards in production areas and supervise its KPIs in production areas
• Set production policies and objectives and development plans for all production team members to ensure effective performance management involving stakeholders.
• Encourage the production team to participate in continuous improvement and to present innovative ideas, performing periodic performance evaluation of his subordinates and apply the production incentives system in accordance with the established policy.
• Coordinate with the Planning Department in setting monthly and annual production plans. and follow up the implementation of the monthly and annual production plan to ensure on time delivery in full.
• Set and follow-up KPIs in production department (in safety, quality, cost and delivery), and analyze the reasons for deviation thus develop and follow up on the necessary corrective actions for the deviations.
• Set the annual budget for industrial expenses for the production department and submitting it to the factory manager. And follow up the expenses of the production department and control it within the limits of the annual budget. and review the production department’s needs of equipment and investments with the Maintenance Department and the R&D Department and report it to the plant manager.
• Reviewing and following up the application of the necessary systems to control cost of production and reduce the losses and wastes of production processes, and review and follow-up the application of the necessary systems to control the WIP stock of raw materials and parts inside the production areas.
• Apply TPM systems necessary to maintain equipment to ensure proper operation and efficiency in coordination with the maintenance department and support to achieve preventive maintenance plans and follow up on its implementation.
