The purpose of this role is to create and execute on strategies for the continuous improvement, transformation, and growth of our local NFV business. These strategies aim to lower operational risks, lower operating costs, increase revenues, and create value for customers.
This role works cross-functionally with regional teams as well as acquisition, account management, and operations leads locally to understand their needs, identify area of opportunity, and define workstreams that help tap into those opportunities. In other words, the person in this role is the strategic support commercial and operations function heads need to be able to execute on day to day while maintaining and working towards a longer term vision.
What’s On Your Plate?
Identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, and problematic areas through performing analysis, and addressed with creating action plans and coordinating/project managing execution across the country
Own and drive projects that will help improve the business, on the commercial and operational side. Acting as the POC to localize and drive regional projects, coordinating across various stakeholders and being accountable for delivery
Analyze processes end-to-end and create diagnostics, shaping solutions that target inefficiencies identified
Analyze financial statements, sales reports, or other key performance indicators in order to find areas of improvement
Supporting operations and commercial heads on defining strategies and making decisions based on data, including targets and budgets
Increasing productivity of all teams: ensuring they have the right tools and training they need to operate at their best, ensuring they have the right SOPs and processes
Examples of projects that would fall under the scope of the Excellence role would be: Customer and vendor NPS score, Driving better vendor engagement, tracking and optimizing performance of acquisition and account management teams, improving onboarding time of vendors
