Maintenance Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team in Menofya, Egypt.

As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our Chocolate & Cake factories and ensuring that all equipment and machinery are functioning at optimal levels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program for the facility.
• Manage a team of maintenance engineers & technicians and provide guidance and support.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Monitor equipment performance and conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or potential problems.
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum 13 years of experience in maintenance management.
2. Proven experience operating in Cake / Jelly / Wafer / Chocolate Factories.
3. Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery.
4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
5. Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Excellent SAP user
