The Maintenance Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency of the FMCG sector by overseeing maintenance activities, implementing preventive measures, and managing a team of skilled technicians. Responsibilities:

  2. Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support.
  3. Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment to identify maintenance needs.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  5. Manage the maintenance budget and control costs effectively.
  6. Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.

  8. Train staff on best practices and safety protocols related to maintenance.
