·Provide the most suitable & high-quality Custom Clearance Providers.
·Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods, and addressing issues.
·Working with freight forwarders and transportation companies to optimize shipping routes, modes, and rates.
·Ensuring compliance with all customs regulations, preparing documentation, and coordinating with customs authorities.
·Manages all Communications with Custom Clearance Providers & Shipments Insurance Companies.
·Update all the shipment's status on a daily basis.
·Review the paperwork from the Custom Clearance Providers & validate it.
·Issue Purchasing requests for Custom Clearance Providers.
·Prepare required documents (form5, form4, value declaration ……), Review clearance invoice, and follow clearance procedures.
·pass clearance invoice to finical department & settle payment transaction
·follow supplier’s production & when the consignment will be ready
·feeds customs current accounts & notify the Warehouse of the shipment's arrival.
·Maintaining accurate import documentation for compliance and reference purposes.
Seeking opportunities for process improvements, analyzing data, and implementing best practices.
Education: B.Sc. in Commerce, logistics, or any other relevant discipline.
Years of Experience: +1 year of logistics experience with a Freight forwarding background.
Language: Arabic and an Very good level of English
Computer skills: Advanced Microsoft computer skills (Excel & Access) with prior experience working with ERP Systems.
