Overview In Transport planning this role is responsible for Managing transport performance and benchmarks, manage continuous improvement program, support sourcing, inbound transportation, outbound primary national and international, and also Develop training and coaching programs, business capabilities and carrier operations customer service strategy In Transport Execution this role is responsible for managing inbound transportation, Account management, booking slot and capacity in warehouse – domestic, preparing delivery (internal), managing delivery to customer (internal or external) and managing issues and refusals. In Export & Import Support this roles is responsible for managing Import/Export, International Transportation Execution and Imports Customs Processing (System based), tracking inbound delivery, inventory status, shipping performance and planning international transport Responsibilities Understand which product are in Warehouse and ready. Uses gTMS (Transportation management solution) to build the delivery plans. Assign carriers per deliver in gTMS (Transportation management solution) Track deliveries and co-ordinate arrivals Collating data on all accidents Qualifications University degree Lean certification or understanding of Lean principles nice to have Basic oral and written communication skills in English & Arabic. Problem solving skills Experience in transportation management system and SAP usage nice to have Good numeric abilities Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
