Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to set appointments beneficiaries’ card delivery.
- Utilize the Enterprise system to set the appointments of cards’ deliveries.
- Support the planning team arranging the card delivery ticket in CDQ on the Enterprise
- Handle the updates of the appointments of the individual deliveries.
- Records Keeping of the daily outbound calls activities.
- Generate reports of the daily, weekly and monthly calls productivity
- Support in the emerged projects raised by ABC or any departments
- Arrange the cards movements to the distribution points.
