Responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage complex localization projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality control.
+ Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timeline, and resource allocation.
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including linguists, engineers, and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
+ Oversee the budget and financial aspects of projects, including cost tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting.
+ Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
+ Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
+ Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards.
+ Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
+ Stay current with industry trends and best practices in localization and project management.
+ Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Manage key client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account growth.
+ Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.
Requirements:
+ Minimum of 4 years of experience in localization project management.
+ Proven track record of successfully managing complex and large-scale localization projects.
+ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
+ Strong organizational and leadership skills.
+ Proficiency in project management tools and software.
+ Ability to work effectively in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment.
+ Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
+ Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
+ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
+ Experience in mentoring and developing junior project managers.
+ Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in localization and project management.
