Job Description
Managing day-to-day Operations.
Tracking fulfillment orders
Tracking and reporting on operational performance.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports
Monitor and analyze customer's usage.
Dealing with bank accounts, cheques, deposits, and online banking as part of the operation flow.
Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
Maintain a good relationship with current customers.
Handling team of couriers, Make sure that the requests are fulfilled within the SLA
Requirements
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Keep attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
Excellent problem-solving skills
Can build trusted relationships with customers and clients.
Experience in Account Management
Experience in the Fin-tech field is a plus
