Join O7 Therapy as a Lifecycle Marketing Lead, where you'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and execute acquisition and retention campaigns across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
•Campaign Management: Develop and oversee acquisition and retention initiatives, leveraging various marketing channels to enhance user engagement.
•Growth Experiments: Create and manage innovative growth experiments to uncover new acquisition opportunities and scale paid media efforts effectively.
•Data-Driven Insights: Employ data analytics and market research to refine audience segments and targeting strategies, leading focused marketing campaigns.
•Trend Analysis: Analyze marketing data to identify trends, address inefficiencies, and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations that align with business objectives.
•Cross-Department Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between the Marketing and Data teams to ensure cohesive growth initiatives and accurate performance reporting.
•Funnel Optimization: Enhance the paid media funnel to boost conversion rates and improve essential metrics, including customer acquisition cost, in-app conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
