We are seeking a Legal Contract Executive to join our team. As a Legal Contract Executive, you will play a crucial role in reviewing, drafting, managing client contracts, and negotiating various contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks for our organization.
Your role will focus on contract writing, ensuring legal accuracy, and managing communications.
Responsibilities:
- Review client contracts to ensure clarity and compliance with company policies.
- Identify potential risks or red flags and suggest modifications as necessary to protect the company’s interests.
- Modify contracts as needed to align with both company and client expectations
- Draft and write legally sound contracts with a high level of accuracy.
- Ensure all contracts meet legal requirements and are tailored to meet specific client needs.
- Manage client contracts, ensuring all requirements are addressed and met
- Communicate effectively with clients to clarify contract details and handle any concerns.
- Develop new agreements and contracts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in legal contract writing or management.
- Proficiency with contract management tools like PandaDoc.
- Strong understanding of contract law and risk management.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent communication skills
- Proactive, responsive, and strong in client management.
