Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to optimize occupancy and revenue for Reptile’s commercial properties.
Manage and oversee leasing portfolios, ensuring effective contract negotiation and tenant management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential tenants to promote long-term occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high-quality customer service.
Negotiate lease renewals and extensions to secure favorable terms and enhance revenue.
Utilize CRM systems to track leasing activities, manage tenant interactions, and report on key metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Special focus on Hospitality and Commercial Real Estate preferred.
7+ years of experience in the real estate industry with a strong focus on leasing.
Proven experience in managing leasing portfolios, negotiating contracts, and tenant management.
Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets and leasing strategies.
