Coordination of Training Material preparation. Management of training planning (Forecast / Execution / Follow-up) and associated reporting to management. Manage and coordinate Logistics and requirements for training Execution (Planning / Travel / Training environment). Support for participants, trainers and Line & HR Managers along the process. Coordination of order and purchasing process for vendors. Manage training evaluation and capitalize REX. Implement a Fully integrated training and competency management system including dynamic and interactive training and assessment with support from the Maintenance and Operations Directors. Incorporate standards and processes for training and enforce implementation of standardised tools and reporting. Implement, manage and improve the tools required for an efficient competency management. Ensure compliance with HSE legal obligations, local regulations, company policies, processes and initiatives, railway safety, safety critical task requirements. To create a network of Key Instructors in areas of expertise for the various subsystems under the O&M scope of work. To review and develop training materials from suppliers and / or from internal sources. Requirement , Competencies & Skills Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an equivalent function Minimum requirement is Bachelor’s Degree Organization skills, Communication skills, Multicultural sensitivity Ability to coordinate and follow-up multiple tasks from start to end Reactivity to manage unexpected / short notice requirements At ease with IT tools: Excel, Word, LMS Networking – excellent interpersonal skills: foster open dialogue and listen, Collaboration &Teamwork Fluent in the English language, written and spoken Provider Description Enabled SAP as service provider
