Role Objectives
As a Lead Product Manager, you will drive the product strategy of your area, oversee development cycles, and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful features. You will be the key interface between product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders, championing innovation and continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Establish and drive a shared product vision and strategy, deeply rooted in customer insights and industry trends.
Own product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business impact and user needs.
Lead end-to-end product development: from ideation, research, and planning to launch and continuous iteration.
Partner closely with design, engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless product delivery.
Communicate effectively across teams and to leadership regarding product priorities, progress, experiments, and outcomes.
Set a high bar for product management excellence and mentor junior team members.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
4+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading high-impact product initiatives in fast-paced environments.
Experience developing and driving product strategies aligned with business objectives.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
Strong analytical capabilities, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions and strategy.
Great communication and storytelling skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels, from executives to team members.
Comfort working in fast-paced environments and solving ambiguous problems.
Experience launching products from 0-1.
Previous experience in e-commerce, aggregators, marketplaces or last-mile delivery.
Experience with A/B testing.
