Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!
· Develop, document, and improve business processes for the marketing organization to meet the goals of the business.
· Analyze complex business problems and propose solutions using process and system automation.
· Coordinate cross-functional (and multi-system) process development.
· Maintain process documentation including process change orders.
· Define business rules and translate requests into business requirements.
· Communicate business, system, quality, and integration requirements.
· Identify opportunities to improve process.
· Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
· Validate functional requirements and system specifications to ensure they meet the needs of the business process.
· Conduct process and system testing and training to process experts.
Qualifications
About You Bachelor's degree in Engineering 2-4 years of experience Fluency in French and English is a must Good negotiation and presentation skills High drive to succeed and strong ambition Effective listening & communication skills Sales mindset Sales background High customer centricity Knowledge of Salesforce CRM Platform is a plus
