Job Context: working as a leadInterior Designer

As the Lead Interior Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to develop creative design solutions that meet client needs and expectations.

The position involves:

• Led and managed interior design projects, including concept development, space planning, and material selection.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, and translate them into innovative design solutions.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design integrity and adherence to project specifications.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and resolve any design-related issues.
• Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies.

We are Looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience 10-15 Years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful project outcomes.
• Experience in leading and managing design projects from inception to completion.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
