This role is critical to strengthening Orange Business position as a trusted partner by ensuring compliance with internationally recognized standards like ISO 20000-1, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISAE3402, and SOC2. The Lead Auditor acts as a strategic enabler for both internal teams and business leaders by facilitating certifications, driving continuous improvement, and mitigating compliance risks. Their work directly supports OB's global strategy by assuring quality, security, and reliability across our services and operations.

About you
Mission
  • The role will be to enable the OB teams & business leaders to manage projects on various process improvement methodologies/industry standards (ISO 2000-1, ISO 9001, ISO 27 001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISAE and SOC2) leading to operational efficiency. This person will be responsible for conducting internal audits against the mentioned standards and regulations and to prepare the organization for and assist with organization and execution of external audits (ISO, ISAE3402, and SOC2).

Main activities
  • Plan and execute audit engagements in accordance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate and analyze audit findings, presenting reports to stakeholders to ensure proper understanding of areas of risk.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior auditors, fostering professional development within the auditing team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive audit coverage and to support organizational goals.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement within the audit process.

Dimensions
People Management:
  • Mentors junior auditors and project contributors; collaborates with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders globally.
  1. Financial:
  • Supports audit-related budgeting activities by liaising with GDO management and Global Program Managers to ensure resource alignment.
  1. Other:
  • Acts as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for internal and external audits; ensures alignment of internal controls and practices across business units for ISO and SOC2 compliance; responsible for coordinating and managing audit timelines and deliverables.Required Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess audit risks and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels-including senior management.
  • Proficiency in audit tools and a strong grasp of ISO and SOC2 certification standards.
  • Solid leadership and stakeholder coordination capabilities to drive cross-functional audit and compliance initiatives.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Certified Lead Auditor in multiple ISO standards (ISO 20000-1, 9001, 27001, 14001, 45001).
  • Experience in ISAE3402 and SOC2 audits, including external auditor coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and process improvement techniques.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a virtual, matrixed, and multicultural environment.

Fluency in English (required); French is a strong plus.
