Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Lab Engineer.
What will you do:
Assists with the introduction, implementation and evaluation of current quality testing approaches and methods within the factory.
Tests products / materials to maintain quality standards required by (organization, clients, and certifications).
Reviewing samples from batches of existing products during its production to ensure that they meet the standards.
Works within the Quality Management System requirements including Certification and Customer requirements.
Implements quality control tools and techniques to maintain quality standards.
Reviewing samples from batches of existing products during its production to ensure that they meet the standards.
Identifies new opportunities for quality improvement.
Responsible for checking his work space he is working in (Laboratory) regarding the instruments & machines used, concerning their purchasing, maintenance & calibration.
Keeps required proper documentation and audit trails regarding actions taken against non-conformities.
Conducts measurement system analysis and required measurement requests.
Tracks and reports progress of teams' activities regularly, furthermore, reports for all assigned test projects.
