✅ An experienced Support Engineer with 2+ years in technical support.


🛠 Skilled in diagnosing and resolving software issues.


📡 Familiar with developing APIs using TypeScript and Node.js.


🚀 Knowledgeable and familiar with Microservices.


📏 Knowledgeable in API design principles, REST APIs, gRPC, and Microservices.


📝 Knowledgeable with messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.


💳 Familiar with card schemes such as VISA and MASTERCARD.


🗃 Proficient in relational databases and managing ticketing systems and CRM tools.


💻 Experienced in application support, particularly with Intercom, Fullstory, and Retool.


⏰ Capable of managing multiple priorities and working effectively under pressure.


📲 Comfortable using remote desktop tools and support software.


🌟 A strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


✔️ Provide Level 2 support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients.


🛠 Develop and maintain APIs that meet L2 support needs.


🔗 Collaborate with Level 1 support to escalate complex problems for timely resolution.


📚 Document issues, solutions, and procedures in the ticketing system.


📈 Monitor and respond to support tickets to maintain high customer satisfaction.


🔄 Assist with system updates, maintenance, and upgrades as needed.


🌟 Stay informed about new technologies and industry trends to enhance support processes.
