Designs and produces training materials for courses, e-learning, and workshops.
Tracks and assesses the effectiveness of training programs, modifying development plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
Oversees Learning & Development (L&D) staff and HR team development, ensuring the right expertise and training are available internally.
Stays updated on the latest learning trends and technologies, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of training innovations.
Develops and implements a structured training plan, including conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and designing training programs.
Creates and manages Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees, tailoring development paths to individual goals and organizational needs.
Develops instructional design frameworks and toolkits to support the L&D team in creating high-quality training materials and programs.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Preferable 8 years of experience in learning and development or organizational consulting.
Proven expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess learning effectiveness.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
