You lead a team of field sales representatives/managers to ensure execution of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Manage, develop and motivate the team and work closely with the sales capability team to ensure delivery of training to the team.
- Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPI’s and targets and provide reporting as required.
- Manage winning customer business relationships that facilitate “best in industry” execution of our categories.
- Work closely with key stakeholders including the account team, category, activation team, sales capability and customer finance to provide the optimum return across your region.
- Fully understand category and insights knowledge, coaching the team in the use of category tools to engage and influence customers to make informed decisions that will grow our categories and deliver our annual plan.

What you need to know about this position:
- Accountable for the Modern Trade Channel/Customers
- Conduct business development agreements, contract end to end negotiations and account management activities within the assigned modern trade accounts
- Ensuring the best-in-class execution and the picture of success delivery/implementation within the Modern trade channel/customers.
- Monitor and drive the delivery of all critical KPIs, objectives and growth targets ensuring key learnings and insights are leveraged and integrated into future plans
- Accountable for the Modern trade Channel Sales and financial targets’ achievement on category/customer levels and pursue the required monthly business reviews accordingly
- Plan & execute monthly trade calendars
- Follow up on performance by customer and segment.
- Maintain daily market visits and share a qualitative competition report
- Seeks various solutions to customers problems
- Develop channel expansion plan (segments & customers)
- Develop team’s capabilities, provide feedback and recommend corrective actions
- Building and developing a good sound business relationship with all assigned customers

Bachelor's Degree in Business
