More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Key Account Manager in Egypt with Signify.


  • The KAM will be responsible of achieving and exceeding his annual and quarterly sales and Order Intake target within the assigned region, by attracting and engaging with End-Users and turning them into Key Accounts.
  • Focusing on End Users who are active in any of the following segments: Office, Hospitality, Industry, Retail.
  • Accountable for professional and detailed Account planning and classification.
  • Must map and maintain strong relationship with the key stakeholders and the Decision making Unit matrix of the End-User.
  • Lead, with marketing and product management team, all product and solution launches to the Key Accounts
  • Must be able to engage, with impact and with ease, all external stakeholders related to the Key Account: Consultant, contractor, integrators.
  • Responsible for submitting accurate forecast monthly and quarterly, and ensure 90% fulfillment of the forecast.
  • Use SFDC CRM system, conduct quality Opportunities, builds healthy pipeline and clear funnel. Must maintain perfect log of activities and connections.
  • Follow up the payments status with the clients , ensure a healthy cash flow and ensure the payment security for each order.

  • 5+ years of proven track record in key account management and consultative selling principles in a fast paced technology industry.
  • 5+ years of strong history of quota achievement with stellar experience presenting products and services to accounts
  • Focuses on customers, creates customer delight.
  • Understands complex sales cycles at strategic level
  • Understands Technology/Software & Connectivity domains
  • Is adaptive, collaborative, fast and executes flawlessly
  • Delivers on commitments
  • Communicates with impact
  • Possesses strong organizational abilities
  • New Business Development with a sharp ability to attract new customers
  • Comfortable with conducting cold calls and attracting difficult customers
  • 5y+ experience engaging with end-users in the above mentioned segments
  • Advanced presentation skills
