Job Description
· Maintain a harmonious work environment
· Input and monitor work orders into BOSS
· Invoice work as completed
· Assist colleagues to carry out work as the need arises
· Perform any other functions as directed by Business Manager
· Support areas of company enterprise
· Maintain general tidiness of back-office area
· Ensure Filing is kept up to date
· Order office consumables timely, according to needs
· Liaise with internal clients
· Ensure that all back-office activities are allocated in a fair and systematic manner
· Where necessary, briefing back-office resources for special projects
· Ensure optimum utilization of resources in respects of cost control, maintenance, or improvement of quality of back-office activities
· Monitor back office KPI performance closely
· Identify training need for back-office staff
· Comply with company rules, regulations, and codes
· Ensure and adopt, at all times, a safe behavior by exercising due regard for. the health and safety of SGS employees and clients, in line with SGS policies and procedures
· Comply, at all times, with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct

Additional Information
· Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
· 3 to 5 years of experience in back-office activities in service provider company (better inspection and certification.
