Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars.
Prepare reports, memos, and other documents.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Maintain contact lists.
Book travel arrangements if needed.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Office
Good -very good English level
Previous experience in secretary or management positions preferred.
