We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Purchasing Specialist to join our Client SRV. The ideal candidate will be vital in managing procurement processes, ensuring timely purchase order (PO) issuance, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to procuring FMCG goods, stationery, coffee supplies, and related items while developing professionally in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
●Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) promptly and accurately.
● Follow up with suppliers to confirm resources and ensure timely delivery of goods.
● Coordinate with internal teams to understand and fulfill purchasing requirements.
● Manage Y5do orders and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
● Track and monitor supplier performance to maintain quality standards.
● Support supply chain activities to optimize purchasing and inventory processes.
● Maintain accurate records of transactions, purchase orders, and invoices.
● Address any issues or discrepancies related to supplier deliveries or product quality
Requirements:
● 1-2 years of purchasing or procurement experience in FMCG or related industries.
●Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain principles.
●Proficiency in purchase order (PO) management and supplier follow-up.
●Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Work conditions:
● Working hours: 09:00 AM -05:00 PM
● Days off: Friday and Saturday
