Are you an organized and proactive individual with a passion for creating efficient office environments? We are seeking an experienced Office Receptionist to join our dynamic advertising agency team.As the Office Receptionist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our fast-paced office. Your primary duties will include:Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive and comfortable work environmentCoordinating office services such as reception, mail handling, and guest hospitalityProviding administrative support to the executive team and coordinating schedules/meetingsOverseeing vendor relationships and managing various service contractsImplementing and maintaining office policies, procedures, and protocolsAssisting with HR-related tasks such as onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relationsAnalyzing office metrics and identifying opportunities for process improvementsIndustry: Digital Marketing & AdvertisingTo be successful in this role, you should have:1 - 2 years of experience as an Office Admin or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a creative/agency environmentExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with staff at all levelsProficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office and project management toolsA proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independentlyA customer-service-focused approach and a commitment to maintaining a positive office cultureWork Location:ZamalekWorking Hours:10 to 7 pm
