Responsibilities:

• Control and improve the HSE plan (installation and maintenance)
• Implement of HSE action
• Planning, Preparation, Participation and Validation of safety audits and visits
• Performance of risk assessment
• Point of Contact for customer and RCS Egypt HSE manager
• Help team to get HSE culture / HSE training to local team 
• HSE Report of Onshore Activity.
• Management of various KPI (BIRD Pyramid, frequency rate, …)
• Assure safety system implantation and Control Personal Protective Equipment's.

Requirements:

• University Grade (Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent).
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Fluent English Language Written and Spoken.
• Advanced Computer Skills.
• Subject Matter Expertise in core risk areas, control systems, and safety regulations.
• Good problem solving, organizational and analytical skills.
• Solid employee relations experience, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• OSHA certificate or equivalent
