Talent 360 is hiring a Junior General Accountant for our client Alkhalig Medical a leading medical equipment supplier company introducing up-to-date technologies in Egypt and the Middle East, with the following requirements :
-Job role:
1. Accounting Functions
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting documents
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations             
2. Collections Management

  • Manage accounts receivable and track outstanding payments
  • Develop and implement effective collection strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and customer accounts
  • Follow up on overdue invoices and resolve payment discrepancies

3. Inventory Management

  • Act as warehouse/inventory administrator
  • Perform regular stock takes and inventory reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Track and report inventory levels and movement

4. Administrative and Coordination Duties

  • Provide general administrative support
  • Coordinate between different departments
  • Manage data entry tasks with high accuracy
  • Assist in various administrative processes and documentation

5. General Administrative Work

  • Handle routine office tasks
  • Manage correspondence and communication
  • Support management with administrative requirements
  • Maintain office organization and efficiency
                                                                                                                                                                                                               
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in accounting and administration
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively

-Working Days: 5 days/week
